Crop and trim your recording
Users can crop and trim their videos after their finished recording.
To get started, navigate to the Video Page of the recording you want to crop/trim. The Video Page automatically opens after you end a recording. You can also access your recording's Video Page by clicking on a recording in Your Recordings.
In the top menu of the Video Page, click the icon to open the Crop/Trim Editor.
Crop a video
Once you're in the Crop/Trim Editor, hover your mouse over the video preview. Your cursor will become a cropping tool.
To crop your video, click and drag your mouse over the video preview to specify the portion of the video that you want to keep. When you're finished, everything in dark grey around your selected area will be cropped and deleted.
Trim a video
You can trim a video using the scissors at the beginning and end of the timeline at the bottom of the Crop/Trim Editor.
Click and drag the scissors at the beginning of the timeline to the right to trim the start of your video. Everything in the greyed out area of the timeline will be deleted.
Click and drag the scissors at the end of the timeline to the left to trim the end of your video.
Your new edited video will begin and end at the new timestamps at the location of each of the scissors.
Save your edited video
When you're finished cropping and trimming your video, you can either save it as a new video or save it and replace the original.
To save it as a new video, simply click SAVE EDIT.
To save it and replace the original video, click the icon next to "SAVE EDIT" and then select Save edit and remove original.
